Full title: Hampshire in the Parishes of Crookham and Crondall - Mr I Alfred Eggar has received instructions to offer for sale by Auction at The Mart, Tokenhouse Yard, London, on Wednesday, July 15th 1896 at 2 o'clock precisely.the Freehold Residential and Sporting Estate known as Redfield situate in the Parishes of Crookham and Crondall, in the County of Hants occupying a commanding position, with an extensive view over a rich Woodland Country, and sheltered on the East by the Beacon Hill range. There is a handsome Residence approched from the main road by a Picturesque Carriage Drive through Plantations of well grown shrubs and handsome trees, Entrance Lodge, Gardener's Cottage, small farmery, with cow stalls, sheds, piggeries, &c , the whole property extending to 148 acres. The Estate policies and the house are described in some detail.The large folding plan measures 29 x 37 (74x94cms). The catalogue is in very good condition though folded horizontally twice and the sewn binding has failed. The folding coloured map is VG but with some small tears along seams.
