There are three large folding coloured plans of the estate and page 24 bears the stamped signature of T H Johnson of 20 Priory Place Doncaster who bought Lot 16 (on the outskirts of Cadesby village) for £600. Internally the condition is VG though one map is a little misfolded and the text block is separating from the thick cardbaord covers. On the front cover is written Contract Lot 16.
