The Plan in a pocket at the end measures 20 x 29 (51x74cms) at a scale of 6 to the mile and includes many lots about Barnby Dun and also Stainforth, All in VG condition, staples rusting but sound. Some relevant annotations and and a signed and stamped receipt for Lot 10 - The Manor House sold for £3,900. There are copies in the Doncaster archives (wanting the plan) and the National Archives.
