Redford Esq., Secretary to the Post Office for Scotland. Book is complete with many period adverts and unusually is accompanied by the map which was issued in a separate folder. The Directory has evidence of some internal glueing repair to the spine; but internally clean and tight. Pebbled blind stamped and gilt boards show even handling use and letters A.W.R. neatly written at base of spine. The map is in original red canvas covers and is mounted on cloth. Some eviidence of usage and sometwo narrow selloatp[e marks along an edge where it may once have been mounted. See scans ans email for further pictures. Heavy - may require a postal supplement. .
