Binding rubbed, upper joint cracked (and repaired), some foxing of the plates. Overall, this copy is in fair to good condition. Bound at the back of the book is a copy of "The Original Bath Guide, containing an essay on the Bath waters, with a description of the city", printed by Meyler and son, undated, 170pp, folding chart but lacks the plan of Bath.
