Library binding of stout blue cloth, gilt titling to the spine. This copy was formerly in a reference library, with a bookplate to the front pastedown, stamps to the title page and discreet stamps to the margins of two of the plates, but the contents are in very good condition, and this copy is in good to very good condition overall. This is the de-luxe edition, limited to 100 copies only, printed on japon paper.
