Title: Engraved plates, with the explanations, which are inserted in the several works printed by authority of His Majesty's Commissioners upon Public Records.
Description: London: Public Records Office, nd [c. 1850]. A set of 86 engraved facsimiles of ancient charters (etc) in the Public Records Office, together with a transliteration of each document into modern type. Folio (45cm by 29cm), and bound in quarter brown cloth. Chafing to the edges of the binding, endpapers foxed, contents very good. Plate 82 (Act ofr securing the Scottish succession) appears to lack the facsimile (only the transliteration is present), but there is no indication that anything has been removed from the book.
