Cardboard box (13x9x3 cm.) containing a booklet with 35 reproductions of photographs and a collection of 9 facsimile copies taken from photographic contact prints carried out by Man Ray in 1937 from the original negatives. The prints measure approx. 8,6 x 6,6 cm. and are individually stored in transparent paper sachets. The box set was issued in a limited edition of 1000 on the occasion of the exhibition 'La Mode au Congo" held in the Gio Marconi Gallery in 1995. This is number 822. The box has light wear and a bit of soiling, contents are fine. Rare object. Near Fine.
