Inside wrappers and free end papers are single sheets of dark blue paper. [20] inner cho are fukuoro-style with a single sheet colophon stenciled in red ink with a brown background. A limitation of 30, this is labeled number 16. Privately published. The 30 x 11cm outer wrapper is an envelope made of handmade paper that opens at the top, with a centered, laid-down title slip that is stencil printed in dark red ink. The title may be read as wordplay, "The Gospel of Excess." The book is rectangular and shaped like a sutra, further contributing to the idea that this is "punny" erotica. Each cho has two stencils on one side, one above the other, with the other side blank. The top stencils are Japanese characters that describe the image below and are done in brown ink on a light brown background while the bottom stencil is in black ink on a light brown background. Many of the latter images are of figures, most nudes, both representational and abstract. The artist is believed to be Seino (or Nishino) Tomi 西野とみ. Good condition. A well-done work of katazome 型染 stencil print designs. .
