Slim folio, 34.5 x 21.5 cm, in publisher's tan paper boards with a printed blue-paper label on upper board. Bookplate to front pastedown. Upper board is rubbed in a few places, and there is some shallow dampstaing along the bottom edge of the boards only: the text leaves are clean and partially unopened. (Gallup B15a). .
