Leather is sunned at spine and is now brown, and shows occasional minor rubbing. Bottom fore-corners are gently bumped. Bookblock is foxed on top- and fore-edges, but only occasionally ( and very lightly) on the text leaves. A solid and clean copy, very good overall. Includes a chapter on the discovery of the North Pole. .
