This edition has a supplement being a collection of new recipes. They received many expressions of appreciation of the collection of recipes. Includes a supplement and an index to assist with finding a recipe. The recipes are arranged so that each season of the year has the recipes most suited to it. This is a great book to add to any collection of heritage cookbooks. SCARCE.
