Very good. - Quarto [12-3/8 inches high by 9-3/8 inches wide], maroon paper covered boards backed with tan cloth & titled in gilt on the spine with initials stamped in gilt on the front board. The boards are lightly rubbed with a few tiny white stains to the front board. 15 & [1] leaves printed in black with calligraphed words & decorations in red. Very good.

A unique proof copy of a "Resolution of Appreciation". The calligraphy is by Fridolf Johnson.

The Standard Oil Company of California T-2 tanker "J. H. MacGaregill" was built in 1945. Very good .
