The leather is a bit scuffed. The spine & extremities are darkened & the joints are rubbed. The leather of the spine is dried out & cracking & there are remnants of a paper label near the tail. [iv], xxix & pages [30]-374; and xv & pages [16]-297. There is an owner's ink name & date on the front endpaper. There is occasional foxing & staining, especially to the prelims & rear blanks, with a very few markings & notations in the text. Very good.

The first American edition of each work.

This is the "July, August, and September, 1846" volume of "The Law Library" series, No. 55. Very good .
