This volume contains a copy of the original 1828 Charter for ICE, and the 1887 and 1896 Supplemental Charters; as well as all the By-Laws and an Appendix containing 'forms referred to in the by-laws'. There is a complete 152 page list of members and associate members containing date of election and address. The volume is nicely-bound in half leather over black burckram with the spine in compartments. The morocco spine lable is partially pulled and the binding shows wear but remains strong. The contents are unmarked and in excellent condition. .
