Binding shows light rubbing to extremities, and light scuffing & staining to cloth. Corners bumped. Rear hinge starting. Pages clean and bright. Overall, in very good+ condition. First published in 1847 by the Society, and now a very scarce title, having recently been reprinted in facsimile by AMS Press, but very difficult to find in the original edition. Publication no. xxxix of the Council of the Camden Society. Elegant bookplate on front pastedown.
