The recipient was probably Thomas Musgrave Francis who was Chairman of the General Committee of Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge at the time, when Fordham was Deputy Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 23 pages. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Heavy foxing to outer edges of front & rear covers, but body of booklet clean and unfoxed. no Dust Jacket as published..
