Description: London, Rixon and Arnold. 1905, First Edition. Cloth, Lge 8vo. Hardback, 160mm x 242mm tall (6.25" x 9.5" approx.). 78pp, with 10 illustrations in the text (one, the Frontispiece, being multi-image), plus a tipped-in, red-printed explanatory slip. Withdrawn from and sold by Grimsby Library, with shelf-number to spine foot, label residue to front free endpaper and two or three neat stamp impressions. Light rubs and some dustiness to boards, otherwise very good, in the original, bevelled-edged, gilt-decorated, red cloth-covered boards/gilt title. Good.
