English portion of the book states that On October 24, 1904, Mr. Israel Fine organized a delegation of prominent Baltimoreans composed of Congressman Frank C. Wachter, Isaac Hamburger, Louis Fine, Ellis Baker and Louis Weis...presented to President Roosevelt a poem written in the Hebrew language; the poem along with a photograph of the President with autograph attached within and reproduced note by the President that states: "To Mr. Israel Fine with the thanks and appreciation of Theodore Roosevelt Oct 27th 1904" Other photos in the book include Dr. Benjamin Szold, Theodore Herzl, Morris Fine, William McKinley, Secretary of State John Hay.
