It is clean, straight & tight; there are 3 faint damp stains on the binding..top front edge, bottom front edge and lower back edge, none of which affect the interior of the book except for the pastedowns which show a very faint, small ripple effect on the lower edge. Front pastedown also has a small area where the paper has peeled away. Dust jacket is price intact, clean, crisp & bright with only very light wear at the spine edges. Science texts are by Max Hooper and science drawnings are by Adrian Williams. Book is packed with the sort of information that will guide the reader to a fuller, more comprehending appreciation of what happens around him all through the year....from dj. Contents take the reader through all four seasons of the year. Color Illustrations; 9 1/2 x 5 3/4 inches; 108 pages. VG/VG+.
