Foreword by Ernest Schweibert. Illustrations by Wayne Trimm. This copy has a letter laid in from the recipient of the book from Ray Smith to whom the book was presented by Heacox. Smith has 5 page references in the index and the letter states his appreciation for the mentions. He may have written this copy for himself, or the book may have been Heacox's copy and he placed the letter from smith in it. Unknown. Very good + .
