A presentation copy from the author to Dr. Charles C. Adams. Warmly inscribed and dated, December, 1929. Adams was Director of the New York State Museum. Laid is a note with envelope, to Dr. Adams from Robinson inviting him to her summer home in upstate New York to lunch or to stay and discuss his work at the Museum. The note is on her calling card and begins; "Dictated May 10th. 31. I have not been well and am not allowed to write...." Corinne, poet, lecturer was the sister of Theodore Roosevelt. Very good/chipped.
