First edition, complete run of the first Swiss scientific journal, 9 volumes illustrated with 82 engraved plates, all published & complete. The articles include writings on most remarkable scientific matters (such as, in vol. 3, a larger contribution on the thermometer and the barometer in relation to Fahrenheit, Newton and Réaumur), many practical observations, and many contributions to Swiss natural history (cf. Haller). The volumes were published in 1751-55-58-60-62-67-77-87.
