Very nice, well preserved copy. ¶ Charming children's book, 57 nice stories, illustrated with in all 4 decorative page-frames and 65 illustrations: 20 full-page watercolour ill. of which 4 in colour (incl. frontispiece), 45 drawings of which 30 in one colour. Some illustrations are signed by its artist like 'Rosa C. Petherick", "Harry B. Neilson", "Louis Wain", "Ellam", etc.. In the bottom left margin of the colour illustrations is printed "A.A.S. II.".
