Document is dated Aug. 17, 1891 and signed by the mayor of Lockington, Jacob Everly - no doubt of the firm Schelte and Everly. Blindstamped with "Mayor's Seal, Village of Lockington." Note on back by Chas. Adams, Marshall that he served this warrant "on the within named water craft Sea Lion...." Handwritten document, 12 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches.
