Mrs. Charles Baker's cousin, Everett Wheeler, married Alice Gilman, daughter of Cable's friend and the first president of Johns Hopkins, Daniel Gilman. Front hinge cracked but tight. Spine sunned and a little frayed; fore-edge of cloth discolored and worn. Good copy with fine inscription .
