Endpapers and first few and last few pages slightly foxed. *Story of famous Huguenot family in France persecuted because of their religion - Palissy died in prison. Pottery and potters were respected artisans right from biblical times and Palissy was an extremely gifted worker in the trade and a devout and moral Protestant leader at a time of great persecution of their faith by French Catholics.
