Minor signs of use, no tears and all 164pp consecutively numbered and WITH the loose plate given with the January 1905 issue in addition to the January plate. This extra plate has no title above, only the plate caption below, and was designed to act as frontispiece to the bound up copies. The December issue of 1904 has the titlepage for the 1904 volume bound in. *Very rare in this complete state with 13 fine chromoliths.
