Thompson Rare Books specializes in fine, rare and interesting books in many fields. Our specialties include literary first editions, fantasy, mythology and folklore, detective fiction and mysteries, illustrated books, children's books, and fine printing and bindings. Established in 1983.
We are members in good standing of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of Canada and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers, and as such we guarantee the authenticity of all the material which we offer for sale. We will graciously accept returns of merchandise for any reason, provided that we are informed of the return within 10 days of receipt. All our books are collated and guaranteed to be complete as issued unless otherwise stated.
We can accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express payments, Paypal, and Cheques or Money Orders in Canadian or US funds
All prices are net, postage and insurance are extra. All books are offered subject to prior sale.
All books are shipped via air mail post unless otherwise advised.
WITHIN CANADA: $10.50 first book, $5.00 each additional book.
TO USA: $13.50 first book, $6.00 each additional book.
OVERSEAS: Air mail Small packet for one book weighing less than 1 kilo is $28.50. Surface mail is $16.00. Overweight, Expresspost, etc., will be charged at cost.
